Pleasant people, good communication and fair prices
The appointment was on time and the service done quickly and courteously. It was an easy service and much appreciated.
The carpet tech said that our carpets would be dry in 8hrs. It took almost 28hrs. they were very wet.

Everything was done in an excellent manner. The carpet was cleaned promptly and it dried quicker than any carpet cleaning I've had done before. I am extremely happy about this! The carpet dies quickly and it gets clean.
Great product, fast service. Everything done as promised with excellent results. Promised a call 15-20 min before arrival, received that from Nick and he was on time. Great company!

I like the non use of harsh chemicals, carpets dry quicker without all the water.

I did the 3 room special. I don't like that I had to pay $35 to add on a tiny area(can't even really call it a hallway)

Prompt service; professional staff
I was very disappointed that the carpets did not come clean. I drove from Twin Falls to go to Boise to give my daughter a gift to get her carpets cleaned. I didn't get the stairs done because I didn't want to waste more money after having to pay for rhe 3 room minimum. I went to all this trouble to drive to Boise to get the carpets cleaned for my daughter and they were not satisfactory. I will never recommend this service to anyone.

The technician cleaned two throw rungs along with my carpet. One rug had a large round stain in the middle that wasn’t there before it was cleaned. Other than that, he did a good job and was careful not to leave streaks in the carpet. Thank you.

Even a small amount that isn't disclosed is a surprise--leaving one feel manipulated.
The carpet came pretty clean, but some stains re-appeared faintly after carpet dried.
No obnoxious perfumes or sticky soap residue, and that was great!
I like the fact that you don't use any chemicals which makes a difference. Your technician Eric Buchholtz was prompt, courteous and efficient. Our only issue is that we wish you would have notified us up front about the option of applying scotch guard so we could have prepared better for the added cost.
