There is no residue and your staff is excellent with customer service. The carpets and our couch look like new.

The technician was extremely nice and well organized. I will admit that my carpet was dirty since Captain Clean retired but now I have stripes and parts that got a dirty water build up at the ends of a run that didn't exist previously. The parts in the high traffic areas look the same or worse than before.

Eric did a good job on my carpets. We didn't move the area rug in the kitchen to a different spot for cleaning (i.e. the garage or driveway), so I thought charging $140 something to clean it was a little high consider I was getting 3 rooms for $119.
Sebastian was not on time but early! He was friendly, knowledgeable, offered advice without being a pushy salesman and worked his tail off. He finished my job in about an hour and did an amazing job.
We had hard wood floors replaced and there was sawdust and wood chips literally everywhere in our carpet. Zerorez was able to remove all of it, left the carpets looking and smelling great. We will use them in the future and I’ve already recommended them to coworkers.
