Efficient and on time
The service and cleaning was exceptional. Eric was professional and very respectful. My reserved score is due to a question of value. The price is not worth the work. I can see justification if the service included all surface area (per room quote was 300 sq ft by phone to my wife and 200 sq ft by Eric in person at start of work. Due to large beds and furniture needing to stay in place. Most rooms done, 7 in all required less than 100 sq ft and others less then 50 sq ft. In addition including the basement hallway as a full charge was surprising, it is 7 ft by 2.5 ft. This should have been complimentary to warrant repeat business and referrals. Great book to read "Give them the Pickle" Bob Ferrell wisdom on customer service. So as to add value and allow the customer to not feel up sold and possibly taken advantage of. I will most likely seek alternate company next time or rent a steam cleaner for spot treatment. My goal is not to project a negative review, Eric and his associate did excellent work and I appreciate there effort the constructive criticism is directed more toward policies in place by the company.
Not happy that I got charged more to come fix a problem from original visit.

Guess I should have asked about cost. I saw your detailed receipt and am out of town so I cannot see the dry carpets so the $211 may have been reasonable for the job. The worker was especially nice and very accommodating to the many things going on at once at the house.
He was the epitome of customer focus . He has the personal characteristics that meeting new customers requires. Please give him my appreciation for his help.
Our realtor tried to pay half and then they said they couldn’t take it because it has a zip code attached to it? And they quoted us a price and it ended being a lot more without them telling us before they did everything

We are sorry for any inconvenience regarding the payment of the bill- for your and our clients' security the credit card companies require a billing zip code to be attached to the invoice. While it sounds silly, it is for everyone's protection, and is not our requirement, but that of the credit card company.
We also apologize that the price was higher than expected- we try very hard to be accurate in our pricing, but try to be clear that all over the phone estimates are sight unseen, and have to be verified by the technician prior to starting the work. Unfortunately, sometimes this means the price goes up, which it did in your case.
Again, I am sorry for any inconveniences on the part of the payment or for the confusion on pricing. Please give our office a call, that we might be able to answer any questions you might have.

The staff was very friendly and he did a great job. However the sprayer was not working properly (he called to try and get a replacement several times) so the job took him twice as long as usual and made the carpets very wet. He finished up and I made it out of my house just in time for an appointment.
I love Zerorez and will continue to use your services but this last time around was not the norm given the equipment failure.
The service rep was a very nice guys very respectable well spoken and kind did a fantastic job

The Techs (Erick & Shawn) are outstanding , very personable and do listen to the customers concerns. They are very professional and are very hard workers and very knowledgeable. The only thing we are not real happy about is the removable puppy urine does not seem to work real well and is very expensive. Not the fault of the techs. Their work was excellent! Vee

The person who cleaned our carpets was super nice. Everyone that helped me schedule and do the service was very friendly and made it easy. Most important I’m happy with how my carpets look.
There are no chemicals used. I admit last year when you guys cleaned my carpets. . .I was not impressed. This year it was excellent. Sebastian was great! He explained everything thoroughly and did by far the best job of the 3 times I have used you. We will be getting the rest of the house done in the fall and would like Sebastian to do the carpets then. Please give him a raise or some kind of reward. He seems like a great employee and you dont want to lose him.
Very happy with the outcome so far with the way the carpet turned out. We habe a lot of stains so we knew not all would be able to come out but were surprised with how good it looked and felt after it was all done..
I dont know about the smell though It smelled like wet carpet.. I didnt ask if they had anything to help with the smell but other than that it was worth the money!👍
