The quality service and reasonable prices
We have used Zerorez many times and are never disappointed. They came out to our home right before new year and I’m so happy to have clean, fresh carpets to start 2025! Their technician was professional and thorough too. Thanks for the excellent service! We will continue to be customers!

I like that no harsh chemicals are used, and the carpets are not left soaking wet. The technician was very helpful in explaining what he would be doing, and willing to answer any questions. He listened to my needs and spent extra time on the carpets in areas where they were visibly dirty, and did a good job to get them clean.

I appreciated the service, and the tech was incredibly kind and informative. However, after he left there were black handprints on the walls, chipped paint on doors and in the hallway (I know because we just had painters come out so they are new where he put the ladder), and debris on the floor in the bathroom from the vent cleaning. Very disappointing to have to clean all of that and touch up paint on the walls.

I used zerorez to wash my carpets in a house that I was getting ready to list for sale. The carpet is old and is nearing the end of its life. I appreciated the flexible scheduling as I had other subcontractors working in the home. Kind, straight to the point technician (Jared was friendly and efficient). Full disclosures before he started working about what results to expect and what additional charges could be made. The price point was excellent! Overall I'm so happy and will definitely use Zerorez again!
