Quick efficient service! Nice person who did a great job!
My carpets cleaned up beautifully, especially considering their age and wear! I like the cleaning process.....no left-over residue, dried very quickly. Arrival time was prompt, as indicated in advance....technician very knowledgeable and efficient and obviously interested in my satisfaction. I won't hesitate to recommend this method or the company!

Our carpets just looked clearner and seem to have stayed looking cleaner longer. It was also nice that the gentleman wore the "blue slippers". I would definitely have our carpets cleaned by Zerorez again. (Although it did cost more than I had planned on spending.)

Maybe leave the carpets drier, I found some deep wet spots, they took until the next day in the evening to dry.

Was not informed there will be an additional $12.50 "water dumping" charge. Companies I had in the past to clean my carpets did not have a fee for this. Should have been mentioned in the Fine Print portion of voucher.
