Carpet looks worst
They are honest... use excellent cleaning solutions that are all NON toxic and clean with very high expectations. The carpets are thoroughly cleaned and done right. The help you hire is well trained and do an excellent job, they stick to their process and well mannered workers. Would continue to use Zerorez and always recommend them.
Less dangerous chemicals. Safer for the kids!
A little on the pricey side for pet treatment.
Levei did an amazing job. He is always friendly, arrives early, and answers any questions I might have. Carpet was dry later in the day!

The sofa looks much better although it wasn't very soiled, since it was just lightly used anyway. It dried very quickly.

Unorganized, unprofessional, showed up early and left early, and charged more to finish the agreed work.
Carpet cleaning after a Tenant Improvement, most entire space was being cleaned except a few areas. We met with Jessica and walked the entire office space with her and showed here what areas and offices needed to be cleaned. After scheduled a time that worked for office staff the tech showed up an hour early and left before we got there (saturday), we finally got him to come back and tech complained how much there was and said that they only had 1 office and common area on work order which wasn't even close to being correct. We already waited down there for hours and he wouldn't be getting done till late and didn't have them much time. Rescheduled for Monday but then received an email from Jessica saying she was cancelling the job and refused to do it anymore and we'd have to find someone else. Then she emailed Sunday saying they'd be there but she was charging an extra $300, and since we had to have it done by a deadline since movers were coming in Tuesday we felt like we had no choice but to accept. Jessica was not a good representation of your company and felt we were cheated among other things.
Communicate well, on time, no to limited chemicals used.
Timely and conscientious work. The young man cleaning was respectful, hard working and excellent at explaining what he was doing and why. I was especially pleased with his above and beyond efforts getting a paint stain out and making sore the work was to my satisfaction. Some of the “extra” features such as corner guards that protected my freshly painted walls really set this company apart. I also liked that the carpets were not “soaked”, but were obviously clean and fresh. The fans used to help dry each room seems to make a significant impact as well. Overall, I was highly impressed and will use them again as well as recommend them! Thank you!!

I like the degree that the carpet was cleaned so well! Also it didn't take too long for it to dry & it didn't take that long for the cleaning too. The technician was very nice & explained everything to me before starting!!! GREAT!!!

My carpets are so much cleaner! Cody was great at communicating when he would be there. He was on time, polite and clean. He wore protectors over his shoes even. He told me step by step the process and other services they provided. He wasnt a pushy up seller and respected my decision to stay with the agreed upon plan. Also the price I was initially quoted is what I was charged. I would highly recommend Cody and Zerores
