I liked your friendly service tech, he did a great job! I also like the fact that there are no smells left when you are finished. I have severe allergies and my carpets are clean with no residue to bother me. 😁

Couple things.
1- booking online was totally deceiving, it said up to 3 rooms for a certain price, however when the technician showed up it was an extra 96 dollars to do the 3 rooms.
2- I had a room upstairs to be cleaned, however, he only cleaned 2/3 of it and it was my fault to not check on his work before he left.

Bradynt did a terrific job on cleaning our two upholstered chairs and our three rooms of carpet.
He was through and knew how to protect floors and baseboards.
It was a very pleasurable service. Very professional. Much quicker than I thought it would take; In and out in less than 2 hours. The carpet feels nice on bare feet. There was NO leftover perfumey essence.

The tech did a good job cleaning our carpets, BUT. we were highly highly disappointed with the invoice. We were told on the telephone by the scheduler our job would be approximately $398. The invoice came out to be $457. After talking with your office person, she would not change it to the original amount we agreed upon.
Jonathan did a great job! The house smells fresh again! Actually, there's no smell at all, which is fabulous as we have an old doggy who has accidents! It's wonderful! He was very professional and always put on shoe covers before coming into the house. And our motorcoach looks great too!! Thank you so much for doing a fantastic job!
The carpet and loveseat are remarkably cleaner and brighter after their service. They were also able to completely get out large amount of blue ink I had spilled on the loveseat.

I can still make out the spots in 2 of the rooms I had cleaned where there is still some residual discoloration. I was really hopeful they would be removed during the cleaning. This is my second time using zerorez carpet cleaning, and the first time was amazing, this last time my carpets were a little more dirty, but nothing extreme. The technician did say I may still see some discoloration if the stains were deep, I was still confident they would come out, so just a bit disappointing to be able to make out the problem areas after the completion of the cleaning process.

The technician who came to our house was very polite and worked hard to clean our carpets and furniture. Once everything was dry, we noticed a couple of areas that needed additional attention. The tech had mentioned these areas and said that if the spots were there after the items were fully dry, they would come back out. I called ZeroRez and they scheduled a technician to come back out without any hassle. It was the same tech and he was very nice and worked hard to clean these difficult areas. He did an amazing job removing these spots!
The areas cleaned dried quickly and there was no chemical smell during and after the cleaning.
Even though my quote was input incorrectly, the tech who came out honored the bid. I also appreciated that the office person sent an apology.

Service specialists were on time. They called to let me know when to expect them. Once here they went through the list that I wanted them to do. They gave me an estimate. Both were very courteous. They even put wall corner protectors on each corner. Cleaning went quite fast and they checked with me to inspect. I appreciate them very much. Will do so again.
