I called right after the carpet cleaning appointment. Didn't receive a call back. The carpet wasn't very clean at all. It smelled and they cleaned more rooms than I ask for on my booking and charged me for those. Very unsatisfied

Very very expensive. Plus, very dirty afterward in select rooms where ducts were cleaned. Need a high powered vacuuming after service

I have a friend in Arizona who has used ZeroRez for 24 years. The main attraction I had for your product deals with the fact that you DO NOT use soap when you clean carpets. Soap leaves a residue, which in turn attracts dirt to a carpet. I really like the "no soap" feature.
*Another offer I appreciated & like is a customer can request an In-Facility carpet cleaning. Yes, it's more expensive. However, this method provides a thorough, & deep carpet cleaning, especially on carpets that are in heavily traffic areas.

I am disappointed! The carpets are still damp in areas. They feel sticky under my bare feet. The carpets still look dirty too. Not at all like the 1st time I used Zerorez.
I worked extra hard to make sure there was minimal clutter to work around.
Will be using a different company in the future.

My carpets are now crusty and hard even after vacuuming them many times. I told the tech that I wasn’t concerned about blue light stains as much as I was about just general dirt cleanup. He sprayed way too much pretreatment.
I had my carpets cleaned and they came out very nice, but when I had my couch, cleaned, it looked more stained and dirtier after the process.

Customer service was EXCELLENT from the first text message requesting a quote to the person I spoke to on the phone to the tech that cleaned our carrpets. Brian was very thorough both with the way he cleaned the carpet and in explaining the process, the cleaner he was using, etc. I really liked the fact that your product is safe and nontoxic while still leaving the carpets super clean.
