Technicians were friendly carpet looks great. Especially appreciate that it's not sopping wet.

I had a white ottoman shampooed and it looks worse than before it was cleaned. There were a couple spots on my carpet that were addressed. As the floor dried, they got much better than before they were cleaned, and are just as visible. After shampooing my daughter's room, knowing it needed to be deodorized from our dog having slept on there, the smell was worse! I honestly can't believe how it turned out. Very disappointed and frustrated.

HIGH QUALITY product and service! This is not the cheapest company on the market, but "you get what you pay for." If you pay a fair price, you should receive a fair product or service. Zerorez Boise did that for us this last week.

For one, you're getting cat hair out that our super(?) vacuum left behind, so I can imagine ditto for other "stuff" too.

Rep was constantly trying to up sell additional services even after I told him 3 times that I was not interested in additional services. The small stains on are carpet are now bigger and more visible.

It was the first time I had my stone tile cleaned. Zerorez did an awesome job, the tile looks new! I wish I’d done this years ago.

The technician seemed to rush through the job. He completed the 6 rooms in under 1.25 hours. The spots that were pointed out were not improved at all. Spots in the upstairs area were clearly not touched.

Carpet always looks great. Good customer service! One time, I spot cleaned with a brand name cleaner. The stain reappeared. When I treated the spot with Zerorez, it was gone forever. I use Zerorez for my personal carpet cleaner for my small studio. I love Zerorez!

My rug was still dirty afterwards. I went over it afterwards with a home cleaner and some hot water and tons of black water keeps coming out. It doesn’t look or smell fresh/clean.
