The guy who came and cleaned our carpets was so professional and gave extra care to the areas we were concerned about. We will use Zerorez again solely based on employee. I believe his name was Jackson.

The Zerorez products work... they are natural, effective at cleaning without leaving any residue, just like we are told! The service is excellent... we had a couple of difficult "smells" that didn't go away after the first two attempts... but Zerorez service team wants to get it right, they want happy customers... they do put the customer first! ZeroRez has been my go to carpet/rug cleaner for the last 12 years. Their customer service is excellent. They are responsive and deliver what they say they will. I like that carpets are not drenched in water. Carpets are dry within a few hours of service.

Levi was extremely nice and did such a great job. He was quick and professional and we are very happy with the job he did.

They were here when they said they would be and did sn excellent cleaning job on my 20+ year old recliner. The man doingvthe cleaning was polite and friendly. I would recommend anyone needing upholstery cleaning to call them. They also do other tyes of cleaning.
