With the exception of the first technician to come here, each one have been well trained, respectful, responsive to our questions, and did high quality work. They explained what they were going to, gave us the approximate time that it would take and were correct each time.
Bryan, politely and efficiently, exceeded each of the previous technicians in educating us and in the quality of and the exceptional detail in which he cleaned our carpets. He is the standard for us now.
He also cleaned our ducts and we have noticed the difference it has made in the quality of the air in our home. We should have done this earlier. It is very much appreciated.

The cleaning process is environmentally friendly and provides a clean carpet. Spot treating used as appropriate. Fans employed immediately after to jumpstart the drying process. Service provider Keegan kept in touch prior to arriving, was curtious, professional and was highly respectful of our home.

I'm not a connoisseur on cleaning products carpet cleaning machines but I do know alittle about customer service and satisfaction. So far, Zerorez has lived up to their promise of "... you will enjoy surfaces that stay cleaner and longer without dirt attracting residue."
I really appreciate the service of the office staff who assisted me in scheduling future multiple cleanings. The techs were polite, did a great job cleaning the carpet, and most importantly Zerorez was on time and a lot earlier than expected. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning service that prides itself with outstanding service and satisfaction.
The carpet looks great. No issues. Although the tech used the wall corner guards I have marks on the walls from the water extraction tube that I will have to touch up paint.
My biggest disappointment is that I spent considerable time on the phone with the scheduler providing detailed room by room and area dimensions including closet sizes where appropriate and obtained an estimate based on that information only to have the tech tell me it’s his discretion after seeing the job to make adjustments. I even showed him my room/area measurements that I provided to the scheduler. He hemmed and hawed with me and in the end he didn’t change much, but I felt that interaction was unnecessary and spoiled the service atmosphere. I am a detailed oriented person and don’t like surprises so I was unhappy about the conversation I had with the tech. I used what I believe was another zerorez vendor last year and did not have any issues like this. Thank you

It was on time and i had text notifications just before arrival. The employee was courteous and respectful of myself and my space. The rugs were clean and without residue or odor. Many fans were used to start drying process. Ill use this service again.
They do a thorough cleaning while protecting and restoring carpet. They also do an excellent job lifting stubborn pet stains and restoring value to the carpet.
