Joshuah was a wonderful technician. He was able to answer all of my questions, was willing to extend his hose all the way to a third floor apartment, he put a lot of effort into getting the smell out of my carpet, and did a great job of making me feel like a valuable customer. His efforts were above and beyond.

Your technicians always do a good job and are conscientious and caution while moving hoses and equipment through the house. Really appreciate floor fans to help dry the carpet a little faster.

I love that the carpets dry in 4-8 hours and are so nice and clean. I had my dining room chairs, rocking chair, couch and recliner cleaned, when had carpets done! Everything was so clean! I will definetly be a return customer!

Quite late. My window was 2-5. Showed up after.. But Marshall filled in for another technician that didn’t make it Very grateful for him. He worked hard and was very hospitable.

We had our carpets cleaned for a house we recently purchased and the difference is insane! It finally feels more like home with the carpets starting fresh. The team was so attentive and Joshua came back to check on us when we had additional questions and to deliver the cleaner we bought as well. He was so kind and responsive. Highly recommend!
more communication from the tech, we were not given any after cleaning care instructions, like drying time. Our living room rug was not cleaned, but had a large wet spot likely from when the tech was cleaning the recliner.
I had my Couches cleaned and they looked worse than they did before they started, I have photos, it makes sense. I also took work off for that. They came back again for free and again I took off work and lost money. The guy that was here the second time said if they need to come back I have to pay. The Couches look better but they still are not clean. I don't have money for someone else to do it. I would not recommend for the fact that the job was never finished and I could have had someone else do it correctly the first time. So it's upsetting.
