Jackson did an excellent job yesterday. We were beyond impressed. He works very hard and we were super pleased looking at our carpets this morning. He was very knowledgeable. The best part was how dry they were after he was done. It didn’t take all day. He ran the fans on them longer and it really worked. Zerorez is always our go to for carpet clean. Thank you Jackson for the outstanding service.

Honestly, the cleaner personnel were amazing. They explained everything and did a nice job. However, once the room was dry, it smelled so strong of pet/animal urine. Way worse than before it was cleaned. I can’t stand the smell. I’m going to have to find a solution for this smell and it is probably going to cost a lot. I don’t understand how cleaning carpets can make them smell so bad. The people were great, but the end results are not.

He completely missed a spot under the floor lamp I put in the living room so he could see better. He could have easily lifted it. It doesn't look as clean as I expected it you be and doesn't "feel" clean.

The cleaning products used were very good and the technician was polite and did a very nice job.
Technician hurried job carpets still look dirty, did not clean perimeter of beds, did not clean areas where carpet, flooring meet.
I greatly appreciate the option of treatment without the use of harsh chemicals. Our Technician, Jackson, was prompt and communicative. He was genuine and truthful about the specific services required, rather than trying for an unnecessary upsell.
The technician, Joshua, had a great and friendly attitude and of course did an amazing job cleaning our carpet!
