Hi Susan,
Thank you for your review. The Environmental Fee is issued to help us with rising costs of production and transporting the cleaning solutions we use, and the transport and disposal of the waste water. We have tried to be as up front about it as we can- it is specifically mentioned at your initial estimate, we put it in our confirmation email, and it is listed on the receipt. We also have it on our FAQ page. I'm sorry we dropped the ball in explaining to you what the fee was for and that the fee was there in the first place, and I thank you for letting us know that we weren't clear in our communications.

You allowed me to schedule a cleaning in the middle of the night after my young daughter barfed all over our carpet and rug. You were quick to follow up, and Zach was fantastic in coming to our house and quickly cleaning out carpet and rug. At every turn, it was professional, polite and welcoming, and I felt like you would deliver on your basic promise of getting my carpet and rug clean.
Austin did a great job cleaning my carpets! There were some tough traffic patterns in the white carpet (I may not have made the best decision on the new color!) and most of them are no longer showing.
I would like to schedule a regular touch-up (perhaps every two months) in order to keep the carpet looking its best. Please call me about this.

We are very pleased with the service Tyler provided on Tuesday. He was very professional when explaining the process he used to clean our living room area rug. And explained clearly why it would be best for our entry rug to be cleaned at your facility. Only one issue... the quoted the price for adding a Fiber Protector was different then the price charged. He quoted $15 per rug and we were charged $20. I didn’t notice the difference until
I printed out the invoice that was emailed to us.

This is the first time using Zerorez and I was a little surprised there was an environment water disposal charge added to my bill. Not knowing how Zerorez disposal the waste once it leave the house, it just caused me to question. I don't have an issue with the charge, I just would like to know up front and not be surprised for first time user. This service was perform on my rental and I am not there to see the end result. I will have my house clean this Friday 10/12 and I would be able to give a better review on the service.
