Representative was very courteous and explained the process and areas of concern. Very much appreciate the booties worn as I have had service people in the past that have not been that considerate, and he was cleaning the carpets. Thank you!
The service was great and my carpets look like new. My couch also looks like new after 5 years of being used and abused it is all fluffy and like new again! Very happy will use them again.
