The technician did a thorough job and was very neat. On time, and the carpets, furniture and stone floor look great.
It is a little expensive but we will likely use Zerorez again.

The best carpet cleaning service that I’ve ever used. They do an amazing job really getting the carpets clean. The carpets are almost dry when they leave. Zerorez always has very professional people come.

Everything looked really good before your guy left. However, once the carpet completely dried it didn't look that great.

My carpets look great !!! Technician was able to get out some old stains!! I am very very pleased with the results and the experience . He was on time very professional & did an awesome job .
Please make sure equipment is working correctly.Larry did a good job cleaning and getting all the spots taken care of that needed to be taken are of. The one complaint I have is that it took approximately 14-16 hours for the carpets to dry because the equipment that was to extract the water was not working correctly (too long). After calling Zerorez on Thursday morning a tech (Zach ) came out to see possibly what the problem was. Put fan on spot that was drying and that did take care of that I did appreciate both techs who gave us service. I will give Zerorez
another chance and hopefully it won't take so long for carpets to dry,

The technician called with 30 min notice, was respectful of our home and time, and did a great job.
A little sad about a few stains that couldn’t be cleaned. One stain just appeared, didn’t know it was there until the cleaning was done.
The ease of getting an appointment. The technician did a geat job, did it in a timely manner and did my additional room with the leftover time he had. And the carpets weren't soaking wet which allowed them to dry quickly.
