I liked the night and day difference that I saw in the carpets. Nick explained the different types of wear on the carpet. I was cleaning to move out of the apartment so I don’t get to enjoy the nice clean carpets but I will definitely consider using Zerorez in my new residence so I get to enjoy the cleanliness!

The guy that came out was super nice and friendly but our carpet doesn’t look any better than before we had it cleaned, we paid extra for the spot removal and the spots are still there!

The one to two hour dry time is not accurate. It actually took approximately 8 hrs to dry. They considered my living room 15x22 to be two rooms. There are still 2 stains that I can see since the carpet dried. Although it of course looks nicer I could have done the same job with my own cleaner. Just maybe not as fast. However I would have saved allot of money Won’t be calling them again. For what I paid it really wasn’t worth it for me.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. It always important to see where we can improve. Our dry time is anywhere between 4 to 8 hours. I apologize for any miscommunication in that. Getting the Sub topical treatment can cause the dry time to be a bit longer as it requires more saturation to help flush those stains out.
Normally if a room is over 300 square feet, there is an additional charge. It does however look like Larry provided you with a discount so that you didn't have to pay that extra amount. I apologize that the carpets are not as clean as you would like them to be. We have tried to reach out to you to get you set up for a possible re-service. I appreciate you asking for feedback. First of all, I know that if I called and asked you to come back, you would. However, I'm disappointed by the process and why I'm still unsatisfied. I called with a pet odor problem. I had a blacklight and was aware of some of the problem areas and pointed them out. After the first cleaning and treatment, I was unsatisfied and the tech came back. This time he used his own blacklight, which was much stronger than mine, and we saw that the walls and baseboards were much more soiled than I'd realized. I sent him away, figuring it made more sense for me to work on the walls before he did more work on the carpet. After I scrubbed, then painted with Killz and latex paint, the odor remained so I called again. Two techs came again and worked on the known problem areas, using a sub topical biological treatment, for which I paid an additional (discounted) fee. I have no objection to paying the fee, I just don't understand why it wasn't recommended in the first place, given the nature of the problem. The odor still persists, and now I have a stronger blacklight myself, and I see more spots throughout the room. I don't understand why more "diagnostic" work wasn't done to determine the extent of the problem. i reported what I knew, but you guys are professionals and were better equipped to determine what was needed. At this point, I think we are just going to recarpet. I am not going to go around telling people how awful Zerorez is, I don't think that at all. For cleaning other than cat urine, I have no doubt your service is superior and I may very well use it myself in the future. But I had high hopes for what I knew was a big problem, and I wish my expectations had been more realistic. Again, I'm mostly disappointed that you did not do the diagnostic work in the beginning - that would have made the most sense to me.

The guy was very professional. Told us about the different services that zerorez offered. Was really nice and got right to work. Finished before he said he would have.

You came quickly and had a friendly guy do the cleaning. Care was taken with corner guards so as not to scratch the house.
We had three rooms and a sectional cleaned. My carpets are as clean as the day be bought the house (three years ago). Very impressed with our technician, Eric, who went above and beyond to clean our very stained cream colored sectional. Definitely a customer from here on out!

the job. He gave us what I thought was very good advice on how we should proceed on cleaning our hall runner which was a handmade Moroccan rug. The cleaning job he did on our
