The technicians are diligent and detail oriented, they are prompt and polite, and are obviously very knowledgeable about the product. I have used Zerorez a number of times and would use them again, over and over.

Tomorrow will be a week ago you serviced my home. I had 3 rooms cleaned and treatment for dog urine. I did not elect for the more expensive treatment which would include I guess heavier treatment for the padding in your carpet but that’s because I plan on replacing my carpet with hardwood this next year. But I have to say I do not smell any urine and I do not see any traces which were very visible of pee spots before Zerorez arrived to my house. Im grateful you were able to come out the next day after I put my dog down. Her memories remain. Not the carpet stains. 🐾
The carpets were very clean and looked great! The problem occurred in that when I called to schedule, I asked about the $99 special for three rooms that we heard about on the radio. When the technician came out, he said it was $39 per room for 3 room special. We needed to get the carpets cleaned that day, and we had driven out to Nampa from Eagle for this service, so we just wanted to get it done!

Dear ZeroRez Team,
Monday a week ago you sent someone to clean out our vents. Unfortunately after the cleaning process we encountered issues with our system. The Airflow upstairs is not as strong as it was before. The representative was very friendly but nevertheless we noticed a dent in the wall at the bottom of the stairs and some paint that scraped off due to the dent. This was noticed right after he left.
I believe he put one yellow wall protector downstairs where the hose was pulled up. Although two corners experienced Paint scrape offs where no protector must have been installed.
In addition, your website and a representative we booked the appointment through said the vents would be scraped with a brush. This did not happen. A hose was used (a long vacuum cleaner) and a device that blows air sideways while a vacuum is installed at the vent.
After using our phone to record the vent after the service was done you can clearly see the dust which is still on the upper part of the airflow pipe. I am happy to send pictures if you desire.
I think you can understand that we did not feel taken care of especially with the damages (again, happy to provide pictures).

Zerorez is not the cheapest in town, but they are worth every penny you pay.

The people are very nice and it is easy to schedule. We have had the same young man do our RV for three years and are extremely happy. I like being able to have someone that is familiar with the job . Hope to have him do our house too.
