Every time I have used Zerorez the service people have been so polite and professional.
You sent someone back to remove stains that didn't come out the first time and unfortunately didn't come out again. Other than that issue, everything looked great!

Just based on price. Way more than I ever pay. And way more than my friends will want to pay.
1. Price can jump from $150 for the first quote on the phone, 2nd quote $180 to final quote on the phone at $240!! Very clean but also most expensive brand in the valley.
2. The agent came to my place is very nice and knowledgeable But if he can be more careful during cleaning will be much appreciated. After the cleaning, I have a lot of mark left on my side wall from the tools that he used. I have to clean all the mark using the eraser after he left.

I liked the fact that my carpet and furniture didn't feel stiff afterwards. The technician was very knowledgeable and made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left.
All the staff was very friendly and courteous. They evaluated the area and recommended products for our home but were never pushy salesmen. They got the job done quickly but thoroughly. Zerorez did a beautiful job on our carpets and we will use them again in the future!
We are definitely satisfied with the quality of carpet cleaning Zerorez provided. Our carpet didn't have a sticky residue after being cleaned and the "traffic areas" were fluffy and newer-looking. Our whole house smelled better but not overpowering with fragrance. Clean! Thank you!

Quick and thorough. Your sales allow me to consider it. I'm grateful that the man cleaned the top surfaces of my recliner, too, in place of a third carpeted room I don't have.

The cleaning rug consultant called 30 minutes in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, introduced himself, asked to look at the carpets, checked what type of carpets, wool, Berber, etc., and provided an estimate, and once I approved, he went to work. He noticed a few heavy duty spots, and pointed them out, and I replied “do the best you can”. And he did. Eric, the consultant/cleaner was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Three hours later we did a walk-thru, and I was extremely pleased with the results.
I also want to mention that the telephone representative I contacted at Zerorez Boise (Elizabeth) to inquire about their services was pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Zerorez for your cleaning needs. Thank you very much! A satisfied customer.

I like the empowered water and equipment you use to remove pet spots down to the pad. Even more impressive is the commitment of the technician to give the customer the best cleaning possible. My carpet is the cleanest it's been in years! I am so pleased!
The price just seems high. To clean our carpets took less than 2 hours but the cost was $424 with no special treatments applied.The carpets appear clean but the price is higher than other similar services that we have had in the past. We did not notice any appreciable difference in the carpet or smell than other companies we have used making us wonder if the price is worth it.
Sebastian was our technician and did a great job. He was very forthright about what my expectations should be and why due to carpet damage, etc. I appreciated his honesty. The carpets turned out great! He had me view several rooms after he’d completed them to get my opinion on the results & each time I was pleased. I will definitely recommend your services & will use you again when we need our carpets cleaned.

Carpet looks god
My carpets looked very good when I called you. There was only one problem area--the foot path in the bedroom. I called attention to it when your guy was done and he worked on it again, but it still looks bad. I will have Stanley Steamer out to see if they can fix it.

I'm sorry you were disappointed in the traffic pattern not coming out the way you were hoping. We are more than happy to come out and resrvice the area, at no additional charge. We have tried contacting you by phone, but were unsuccessful in getting a hold of you.
Something to consider with your carpet; many times traffic patterns are due to damage to the carpet fibers themselves. This damage manifests itself as a dark line, often appearing dirty. In fact, in the industry we call this "apparent soiling," because even though the carpet is clean, it still "appears" to be soiled. The carpet fibers themselves have been scratched, bent, broken, flattened, and there may be some fiber loss, all of which contribute to the traffic pattern. Unfortunately, this is not reversible, and no matter how much cleaning takes place, there is no way to get rid of this damage.
These traffic patterns usually start to appear after about 3 years, though may show up on some carpets faster. Regular maintenance, such as vacuuming, regular cleaning, and protecting the carpet can help slow down this damage to the carpet fibers, though nothing will stop it completely.
The traffic patterns usually show up in the following pattern: from the entrance to the home (front door or garage) to the kitchen, to the Living area, where ever the tv is, in most cases, to the master bathroom. If there is an in-home office, this may have a traffic pattern as well. The path to the master bathroom is usually one of the worst in any home.
