I used Zerorez because the Stanley Steamer Company leaves the carpet too wet; however the Zerorez solution does not take out stains as does the Stanley Steamer. The only reason I felt it was necessary to have the carpet cleaned now was because of the two stains in the living room. The two stains in the living room look the same or worse than they did before it was cleaned. It was a complete waste of money. The young man said the carpet was worn there, but that is not the case. You are welcome to inspect the stains if you wish, but I will work on them myself before our Thanksgiving guests come. I would need a partial refund to make things right.
