I appreciated the service, and the tech was incredibly kind and informative. However, after he left there were black handprints on the walls, chipped paint on doors and in the hallway (I know because we just had painters come out so they are new where he put the ladder), and debris on the floor in the bathroom from the vent cleaning. Very disappointing to have to clean all of that and touch up paint on the walls.

I recently had my carpets cleaned, as well as the tile floor in my bathroom plus the shower, by Marshall. The bathroom/tile cleaning was awful. Not clean at all, black residue build up in areas of grout from pooling and not removing water, a dingy icky film was left all over the floor. It looked way worse than before it was "cleaned". In addition, the shower had zero improvement, couldn't even tell it was worked on.
I called Monday morning and requested that someone come back out to fix it. They sent Victor out the following morning. He listened to my concerns and took the time to correct it. I could not be more happy with him and his work. The floor and shower were left spotless, sparkling, and looking like new! I wanted to be sure to let you know that Victor took his time to do an excellent job. I was very pleased with his work. (Marshall..... not so much! I would recommend someone address this with him and do some more training, as his work was unacceptable.)

I just had a repair completed in my home and after the contractor was done, they had their own carpet cleaner clean the carpet. After that, the carpet looked dingy and worn and not the same as before. That is why I had my carpets cleaned by you. Now they are back to looking great.
