Great customer service, and our carpet looks like new
Everything I have the occasion to have my carpets cleaned I always use Zerorez. The tecjs are always on time, professional, quick. The carpets always come out looking great.
A couple of things. 1. In the future have your people ask the homeowner if there are any pets that can get out BEFORE they prop the door wide open and not tell anyone. 2. Damage to baseboards. 3. Did not do complete area missed a whole section around the couch and coffee table.
Great technicians and the cleaning process is very effective.
I feel it is a fair price for excellent results on our carpets. And our latest technician (Cody J) was very knowledgeable and thorough. Great attitude as well.

My carpet came out very clean except for two spots. They came back twice to take care of the
spots and were able to remove the spots. My carpet looks wonderful even the hallway. There
was no charge for the extra visits. The workers were all well mannered young men. I will use
them again.

We love the techs when they are on their way they give us a call. Our rooms always look and feel refreshed. They techs give us information about how to keep the carpets looking great.
I would like to have the technician's come out and redo some of my stairs. They did a good job on the rest of the areas they cleaned, but several of my stairs have a dirty residue on them.
