I'm not a connoisseur on cleaning products carpet cleaning machines but I do know alittle about customer service and satisfaction. So far, Zerorez has lived up to their promise of "... you will enjoy surfaces that stay cleaner and longer without dirt attracting residue."
I really appreciate the service of the office staff who assisted me in scheduling future multiple cleanings. The techs were polite, did a great job cleaning the carpet, and most importantly Zerorez was on time and a lot earlier than expected.
