The Our rep Cody Bailey called a few hours before he arrived, which was very nice. He helped move some furniture to open up some stains. He explained the process along with extras and future cleaning tips. Cody was helpful and respectful of our resident kitty. I had many questions and he was patient and thorough in answering them.

Ok... you sent a survey on my phone asking questions such as if our carpet cleaner guy removed his shoes, and other questions pertaining to the cleaning. However, we weren't there for the carpet cleaner to talk to us so the questions I answered, none of those questions really applied.
I'm sure the guy did a great job, though we haven't seen the carpet just yet.

Professional carpet cleaning. Technician was very helpful about other services that we may use in the future.
I love Zerorez! They spend all the time explaining their processes and answering questions. They also are very good at telling you up front about fees. They also will show you all the gunk they get out of your carpets! I also LOVE that there are no nasty, lingering smells. I will always use Zerorez as long as they continue such awesome customer support and awesome cleanings.
Zerorez’s products are to be desired for their purity as opposed to the competition’s. The service window (3 hrs) is bit wide, yet the professional cleaning and process makes up for it. Also, the willingness to redo a questionable service rated outstanding! Altogether, the friendliness of the office staff and technicians with the service culminated in a wonderfully complete service package.
The staff I dealt with on the phone and through text were very pleasant and helpful. The guy who came to the house was very personable and reassuring regarding dryer fires. He did a good job and cleaned up after himself.
I’ll definitely use your services next time it’s needed. My niece, who recommended you, said she really liked you for both vent cleaning and carpet cleaning. I’ll call you guys next time I need carpets cleaned.

The service easy, efficient and very impressive. The entire process was explained in detail and was carful in protecting the corners walls of each room. Very happy with the results.
No soapy residue.. The techs analyze the job and are efficient in completing the cleaning. They also wear shoe coverings upon entering the residence .

Be on time and let the worker know the correct address and give accurate information to the worker so they don't forget what rooms need to be done.
Joshua was amazing. He was thorough, knowledgeable, respectful, efficient and kind. I was so impressed by his service and attention to detail. Our bedroom carpet looks amazing and "like new". Our rugs are finished earlier than expected and I look forward to seeing how they look. We had a kids' paint spill on our dining room chairs and I immediately thought that you would all may be able to help us with these. Big thank you to Joshua and for making this experience so positive.
The person that worked on our carpet was honest and gave us options. He was very nice and professional with a very enjoyable personality. I really enjoyed his work and he did an awesome job! I would definitely use the company again!

There were some things I was disappointed about, that were completely out of the Tech’s hands & had more to do with Zerorez’s product id assume, but I had a queen mattress cleaned & I still see quite a bit of pet hair on the bed & that was the main reason for getting it professionally cleaned. I’m super bummed about that & I wanted my polyester accent chair cleaned & he tested the stain remover on it & there was no improvement.
Other than that, it was a very comfortable, easy and great experience! Thank you Zerorez, my vents feel so much cleaner & make my home feel fresh!
