Well, I used Zerorez before and this is the second time, isn't that enough proof of the good service.
I liked your technician he explained every thig well and dic a good job
Extracting of water; carpets were pretty damp afterward & it took all night long with fans blowing in all the rooms to facilitate the drying process.
Clean fresh smell.
The carpets were not clean, left very wet, and even though a manager came right out to do it again (and they were much better after that), I would be hesitant to recommend Zerorez to a friend since they weren't cleaned well the first time. I will probably try the company again because they did make it right but will be careful to see that they are cleaned well the first time.

There's a dark mark in the middle of one of the carpets which were cleaned, which wasn't there before it was cleaned. At first I assumed that the carpet was still wet. Really clean carpets and how hard your technician worked.
Our carpet looks so much cleaner and newer. The technician was polite, punctual, fast and thorough, and the cost was less than I expected. There is one spot that needed special treatment which he failed to notice. I wish I had called his attention to it but I didn't see that it was still there until after he left.
