The person who came explained the process, the product being used, price, amount of time to do the job, etc. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job with getting the carpet clean and smelling nice. The carpet looks new again. Thank You Zerorez!!
The technician was very friendly and described the products and services prior to cleaning. The cleaning was thorough, and done very well. The technician explained why some of the spots were not removed. I have not seen any of the spots return since the cleaning was completed.

Keep Appointment Times. There was a miscommunication between you scheduler and the technicion. The technician was clean,professional and because he was late cleaned the hallway as a bonus. The workmanship appeared to be thorough and he cleaned up before leaving. I am satisified.
