The process, products, and polarized water are the safest, non-toxic option for carpet cleaning in our home. And that is a huge plus for us!
As the name says there is no soap residue to attract dirt in your carpet.

everything was done with the upmost care he even put guards on the corners of my walls to protect the paint the man was polite and knew what he was doing, and my carpets were completely dry the next morning ready for my new furniture I can't say enough about how professional he was.

I recently had the pleasure of working with ZeroRez for carpet cleaning services, and I’m beyond impressed with their work! They came out to clean the hallway carpets in my building and also took care of some stubborn stains in one of my rental units.
From the start, the customer service was excellent. The team was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable about their cleaning process.
In the hallway, they were able to clean up years of dirt and grime, leaving the carpets looking fresh and revived. But the real magic happened in the rental unit. There was a deep stain that I thought would never come out, but ZeroRez worked their magic, and the stain disappeared like it was never there. It was like a brand-new carpet!
Not only did they handle the cleaning, but their stain-repair work was spot-on. I could tell they took extra care to make sure everything was as good as new.

Easy to make the appointment, walked me through the process when they showed up.
The service person that did the cleaning was very nice, answered all questions.
I will dertainly use them again and would highly recomend their services.
This was a call back after services billed at over $1,000 (400 over the estimate on a 3400 sq ft home with half being hardwood floors) to correct an odor that was easily identified. That is understandable, but it’s not to charge additional service fee for correcting the issues.
Bill was $400 over estimate. Estimated cost was high to begin with. Had to ask them to return to resolve an odor.
Love the clean water, service was excellent, carpets looked amazing after.
