Your technician was on time, he explained the process very thoroughly and was extremely courteous and respectful. The carpet dried in the time he quoted and my carpeting looks very good.
The technician called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, and was very punctual. . He did an excellent job explaining what he would be doing. My twenty year old carpets looked like new afterwards.
I love Zero Rez because they can always get out the worst stains and did all but one this time, but it was a really old one so I’m not truly surprised that it wouldn’t come out… Although they have managed to get really old ones out in the past, this one was just too stubborn! But for the ones they did get out And there were many… They did a terrific job! Zero Rez is my go-to cleaning company For carpet, rugs, and furniture, which they did all three for me this time. Thank you!!

The carpet tech I have now is Jacob. He does an EXCELLENT job, and is respectful, courteous, professional, extremely well-trained, and conscientious about pleasing the customer and meeting or exceeding their expectations regarding whatever you need him to clean. Their carpet cleaning techs wear protective socks over their shoes upon entering your home; and they place bumper guards on the corners of your stair railings when cleaning the carpets or steps that surround them. I have utilized this company's superb services since the first week they were in Boise several years ago, and highly recommend them for ALL of your carpet and upholstery needs. They also clean grout, wood floors, area rugs, and other surfaces; and I am confident that they perform that work with the same high standards they provide when they clean your carpets. The empowered water they use makes the carpets immaculate; and there's no residue of any kind left in the carpets. They truly do go ABOVE and BEYOND what ANY other company can do.
easy to schedule, great results
I have left several messages requesting for someone to come back and take a look at our carpet which now has a distinct wet dog smell that wasn't present before they came. We have dogs, but they have never had an accident or vomited inside, so there weren't even any soiled spots on the extremely new carpet. Everyone makes mistakes, so I have been trying to get a hold of someone to talk about it and come fix it, but no one will return my calls which is very unprofessional.
Thank you for your comments! I'm sorry it felt unprofessional to you- we did call you back and left several messages for you. We even tried texting you after several calls went unanswered. I believe we did get in touch with you, and have set up a reservice. I do want to address the wet dog smell- the odor comes from dander and hair that might be left in the carpet even after a thorough cleaning. Frequent THOROUGH vacuuming with a normal vacuum will help to mitigate those odors. One of the challenges we run into with dog odors is that they are present prior to the cleaning, but those that live in the home are used to the odors, and aren't bothered by them. Cleaning can exacerbate those odors, for a time, due to the moisture that is introduced into the carpet and more specifically the hair that might be entangled in carpet, upholstery and clothing. Hair (dog, sheep (wool) and even cat and human hair releases a sulfur odor when wet, and that odor can stay for days if there is not good ventilation in the room. Again, frequent (as in daily) thorough vacuuming is the best way to help keep these odors at bay.
I like that there wasn't a chemical smell or residue. Usually even if I just spray hairspray, my air purifiers pick it up and start working harder, but they didn't sense anything during the cleaning. The technician was also very thorough.
After a cleaning, a couple tough stains came back that night. Called Jacob and he came back out removed them. Solid guy, completely committed to his work.

The cleaning service itself was great. I'm very happy with how my carpets came out. The technician, however, was extremely awkward and unprofessional. I don't exaggerate when I say he talked about his personal life to me for 50 MINUTES before even starting the cleaning. Then after doing the upstairs, came downstairs, started asking me personal questions about my family and proceeded to start sharing about his own medical problems, asking me how to fix them. This second speech lasted another 45 MINUTES before he began doing the downstairs carpet. Holy smokes! It was very uncomfortable, to say the least. While I've been very happy with ZeroRez in the past and will likely book for the future, I do not want that technician again. I also do not want him knowing it was me that wrote this, as it was THAT uncomfortable of an interaction.

Excellent! I was able to schedule within a couple of days, communication was great letting me know they were on the way. Explanation of products offered, what the plan of action was and got right to work. Shoe covers worn, wall corner bumpers for protection. Straight forward. Very careful & polite. No awful smell and the rugs looked great when they were dry. I would highly recommend and will use them again in the future.
