I experienced that a chemical was used to lift dirt from the carpet. Your sales information leads one to believe that the carpet is cleaned ONLY with electrofied water. There is a residue that I will have cleaned open next week by a private vendor who is very knowledgeable in the cleaned and care of carpets.

Andy was very knowledgeable and respectful of our home. He covered his shoes and wore a mask the entire time. Andy was thorough and made sure all our needs were met. We were very impressed with the maturity of this young man and would request him again.

I actually really liked Matt, who came to clean the carpets. He was friendly and professional. I felt like I could trust him in my home and he had a great vibe. My carpets looked great afterwards. The reason I wouldn't recommend your company is because my carpets were really wet afterwards and took a really long time to dry. One of my bedrooms took over 24 hours to dry, and that seems especially excessive. Some of the other rooms dried more quickly and others took much longer to dry. I'm not sure why there was such a discrepancy. But, overall, my carpets took longer to dry in comparison to other times I've had my carpets cleaned by other companies. Is this normal for your carpet-cleaning process? Or is this because of the individual carpet cleaner? If this is something that could be improved with training, I could be induced to use your company again with an incentive coupon, perhaps. Thanks.
It was my elderly mom's house & not clean. It's now CLEAN!!!
The cleaning was very quick and the carpets look so much better now.

Service associate was professional and carpets looked great. I even booked the wrong day and the service associate was able to squeeze us in. The review would be a 10 if the stairway were not soaking wet. A good experience and I will use zerorez again.

Carpet was okay but nothing more than with a regular cleaning company. Furniture cleaning left waffle looking marks on couch, chair and pillows. Tried rubbing knap of fabric and didn’t change. Fabric seemed a little harsh after drying. Would not do furniture again. Drying time was shorter.

I believe the overall job was a success. When I asked if the big sofa would be moved to process underneath the reply was "no, one walk underneath that anyway, am I correct". I know first hand, my brother, once having worked for a carpet cleaning company he carried coaster to easily slide furniture around. I had already moved the majority of all other items in the living room. I have only my research of other carpet cleaning companies and quotes I got, so yes your pricing is high. But, I believe in the process. My house of 2740 sq ft took around 2 hours. Price 436 plus a tip. Now that is over $200 dollars an hour. I know that the tech does not get nearly that amount, maybe 20 % so 20 dollars an hour for the tech is good money. The overhead must be extremely high to charge those amounts. My lawyer, I pay him only 250 an hour. Anyhow like I said I liked the finished results, I have no pets, no smoking in the house, had no visible stains. I just wanted a deep clean. The drying I think was not as advertised. It took well over 12 hours and I had fans and windows open. But I liked that no harsh chemicals were used or so I think.
On time, followed health protocol due to Covid19, good explanations to questions regarding the process and carpet care.
The best carpet cleaning experience I have had. Excellent service and quality. Corner guards, technician was very careful and socually distant as needed at this time. Carpets look and feel better than a year ago after the last carpet cleaner. Highly recommened.

I have been using Zeroz for over 20 years (I started when I lived in Seattle). The carpet always looks great when they are done cleaning it, and it dries very quickly. The technicians are always wonderful and very thorough.
