Everything was done very good. Just a little pricey for an hours worth of service. 211.00 dollars.

Service promptness and no residue
We had the carpet in most of the house cleaned on friday. We left overnight and returned late Saturday night. When we walked in the whole house smelled really bad. We.were disappointed.tje downstairs hallway did not come as clean as we had hoped.
They did such a nice job! Very professional and helpful! I am very please and I will both recommend them and have them back.
I like that they do not leave a soap residue on the rug, but still use hot water extraction.
The technician was on time and professional. I just had my rugs cleaned two days ago, so time will tell how they hold up after extended use. I think my review should be reviewed after six months!

Fast and noticeably clean. I like that there are no chemicals involved in the cleaning process, but then was surprised to be offered stain protectant with no foreknowledge of what's in them, which makes me wonder if they were safe. If I had known ahead of time that protectants would be offered, I would have looked into the products and been more likely to consider them.
I do recommend your services. I have been very happy with my past experiences. I especially like Dave Ford. He is very through and positive about his work, and my carpets always look great when he is done. Judy Capporelli
