Cleaner was very pleasant and professional, went directly to work, took extra effort to remove stains in carpet and upholstery. Explained what he would do and any follow-up on our part. Efficient, effective, diligent, and great customer service. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
The guy who came and cleaned our carpets did an incredible job! He was friendly, knowledgeable and he shared that knowledge with me, and very thorough. I would request him every time! Thank you! We love our clean carpets!
It was a great experience. The techs arrived during the specified time frame and the work was completed quickly. They were professional and took care with shoe covers and other protection to prevent damage from hoses. They explained what to expect and how some stains are unlikely to be completely removed. They offered and explained additional services but weren't pushy about it. My carpets look amazing and there was no chemical odder. I have additional rooms that need cleaning and will certainly have them out again.

Your technician, Matt, did a very through and professional job. Our house is a rental so the carpet has seen better days. Even though it's worn and shows dirt more in traffic areas your process made our carpet look great and smell clean and fresh.

The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The carpets come out so clean and fresh and I love that our cats and dog can walk on it right away!
