They work. The man that came out to do the job did a thorough and complete job and the carpets looked 100% better when he finished.
My carpets and couch look amazing. The tech was very friendly and thorough. He made sure I was happy with the results and checked to see if there was anything else he could do.
They did a great job cleaning the carpets. They were courteous and professional. Our only concern was we were given a price over the phone, they when all said and done, the amount almost doubled.
The service man let me know what options were available for my situation (i.e. having pets). He didn't push me and was honest when he didn't find urine stains.
Carpets always seem clean, dry relatively fast.

We were very impressed with how our service tech described everything he was going to do beforehand. He went out of his way to add a service we hadn’t originally scheduled and that required additional equipment be delivered from his office. Everything was well protected, including corner guards on the walls. A very positive experience.
Greg was great - very polite; respectful of the fact that both my husband and I were working from one and had to juggle our office space with meetings, etc.
Results were excellent. Very happy with dry time. Also very happy to know there were not chemicals used, etc.

My service technician was highly professional and courteous, the process is more in depth and thorough than any carpet cleaner I’ve encountered—ever! And my carpets are beautiful! I’m just delighted & will only use ZeroRez in the future.
Zerorez was quick to schedule our appointment, they came on time and did a great job cleaning all the surfaces we asked for.
Jack did a pretty good job on my carpets. He worked himself into a sweaty, grinning, hard working soul.
Technician was great!
I was not super impressed! The technician was nice enough, but the spots he said where gone were absolutely not gone. Because I was instructed to wait 4-12 hours before walking on my carpets upstairs, I did not go and inspect until late in the evening. I paid extra for two spots to be removed and they do not look any different. Very bummed. I am okay if a spot won’t come out, however, upon leaving, the technician said the spot lifted nicely. I just would rather have the truth.

We have 10 kids, 8 of whom are boys and we homeschool so we're in this house all the time except for when you're outside tracking in dirt dirt. When you guys leave my floor is clean and my house smells nice. It's a little on the pricey side but worth it.
It is the best clean we have gotten. We started using you about 6 ears go. Our carpet is 25 years old and light beige. I love that there is no residue and it comes beautifully clean. Our most recent cleaning was the best ever. So perhaps there is a difference in how your trained employees use the method. Blue was our cleaner and the carpet and stairs look great. We had to call you back one time because the stairs didn't look clean and we were told that it's just old and worn I believed it until Blue cleaned them! Still love the company and would highly recommend you.

Appointment was from 4-7, but got a call a bit after 1 saying he was ahead of schedule and could come early. Came quite a bit early and was done by 3ish. Friendly and professional service. I would use zerorez again in the future.
The carpets are clean and the workers were considerate and efficient.
I enjoyed not being aggressively sold on services. I prefer being provided options and the power to make my own decision regarding which services I want. Our home did not smell damp or musty after the clean which was great. I feel that I received what I paid for.
