Even though they came 1.5 hours later than planned, (apparently behind schedule) their technician got to work immediately and was professional and thorough.
My rug takes a beating from by boarder collie and me throughout the year given that we walk everyday and he can get into mud and water while still having a thick heavy coat of fur. The cleaning process was very acceptable.
I was really impressed with how nice the carpets look afterwards and it’s exactly how the commercial saying that you can expect to have no crunch after the carpets clean.

I have old carpet and the technician did as good a job, but I felt it the treatment was left very wet, and one particular area where I had issues before, is a bit worse than it was... however, no need for a return.

Never used zerorez before. Service was prompt and the tech was very informative. Carpets dried quickly and remained soft. Other cleaning companies have left my carpets still, requiring me to vacuum after they’ve dried.

Zerorez did a great job on my carpet, he got out spots that wouldn't come out with other carpet cleaners.
They arrived on time and was very professional and respectful to my home.
Everything came out nice and clean and our serviceman did a great job. I noticed the next day that the carpet and furniture have a smell like musty or mildew.
Might take a few days to really see the results, but so far so good.

I like that you are not using products that will leave a residue on my carpet afterwards. Once the drying was complete, my carpet was back to feeling soft and clean.
