Very quick and efficient.

I have used Zerorez since shortly after Dave Grigsby came to Boise and opened the franchise.
I am 100% sold on the techniques used by Zerorez and would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.
Technicians have always been very friendly and knowledgeable and I am very comfortable with them coming into my home.

The guy who cleaned our couch was awesome! No complaints about him. However when scheduling this I was told one price for our couch then it ended up being 100 bucks more due to size. The scheduling people should check how big it is before giving a price.

The technician was SUPER friendly and thorough. 100% for his service.
However, my appointment time given to me was apparently wrong. I got a confirmation before the appointment that the tech would be there between 11 and 2. I moved my whole schedule for that and moved all my kids’ furniture out meaning they couldn’t take their naps. However, when the tech didn’t arrive by 2 I called and was told my appointment was showing between 4 and 7. The tech made his way over quick and was here by 3:30. But it still threw off my entire day and I ended up having to be at home waiting almost the whole day.
The tech, again, was SO nice!
However, my carpets are still damp in some rooms the next day (it’s been about 28 hours now) and even smell damp and worse than before we had the carpets cleaned. I also have 2 large stains that didn’t come out. Overall, I don’t feel like my carpet looks much better after the service. We just moved in and are hoping to get just a couple more years out of the carpet before we have to replace but I’m bummed we paid so much for cleaning without much of a difference in the look.
So for the scheduling mix up, still damp carpets, and remaining stains, I am not super thrilled. But the great tech definitely improved my feelings about Zerores.
