So Jordan called me to let us know he was 30 minutes ahead of schedule and if we were ready for him to head over. He was very respectful showed up wearing booties and a mask the entire time he was in our home. The job was done very well and within our budget even with the recommended fiber protectant. The carpets dried quickly and look brand new. Very impressed! We will certainly be using your services again!

You are coming back on 4th. The carpet is streaked, showing obvious and dirty places.
Very professional and courteous. The next day, one room still had a bit of a funky smell and they came out right away and re-cleaned at no charge and really took the time to make sure I was happy. I mean he even got down and smelled the carpet in all the areas to make sure all was good! That's great service!

2 bedrooms barely look like anything was done. I am very disappointed in the job. It was rushed and when I asked for them to redo those rooms he said he would have to charge 70 more dallors. This job was not worth the price.
