Excellent technitions (Adrian is hnowledgeable and calmly friendly). The carpets feel fresh and fluffy, like they were hand washed. ZeroRez is simply the best.
No harsh chemicals, and my carpets look great now that they have been cleaned. Very satisfied!
The technicians were here a little early, which was great! They wore booties over their feet, explained everything they would do & an extra protection which would extend the life & look of my carpets which I decided to do for one room that got the most wear. They were very professional & friendly & cleaned the carpets so they looked almost like new, since I hadn't had them cleaned in 2 years! I will be recommending ZEROREZ to all of my friends & family for sure!

I had a couple of stains in the carpet that I was hoping would have come out. As they were prepping to leave the techs said there was a solvent that might have helped...wish I would have been offered that beforehand.
Techs were courteous.
My scheduled time was between 8:30am and 11am. Didn’t call until noon saying they were double booked and then arrived at 12:30. Again, wished I could have received a phone call earlier in the day stating they were double booked and would arrive later.

Friendly technicians, no chemicals
Zerorez is our go to for carpet cleaning because they do a great job, my carpets look fantastic, and they have great customer service!

The carpets and the chairs were cleaned to our satisfaction. The black scuff marks ( an abundant number of them ) on the newly painted baseboard were VERY disappointing and now require touch up paint. Before the cleaner left he asked if we wanted to look at the work and we did but we were focused on the carpet and not the baseboards so we did not point out the problem marks left.
Cleaner polite and answered questions. He protected corners but apparently did not have the apparatus or means to protect the baseboards.

Our technician, Matt was timely and efficient. He was courteous with our home and always wore booties which is not always the case with most of the service people we’ve had in the past. He showed me a few spots of carpet he had started on so I could see the difference in the clean vs dirty. Before he left he asked if I’d like a quote on any other cleaning services they offer which was great for me since I didn’t know they do most surfaces like hard wood, title and shower stalls.
Since we have young children whom primarily play and roll around on the carpets,I like that there is no residue or strong smell with cleaning products that you get from other companies.
