The customer service the gentleman that came out to do the job. Both were a 10. He did an excellent job. The price was very affordable. We had five rooms, three tile floors done, and also tile in the shower area. All looks new again
Ezekial was very polite, professional and honest as we discussed my carpet and the cleaning products he was using. He's welcome to return any time my carpets need to be cleaned. I'm very appreciative of his service.
Ezekiel did a great job and finished in an hour! He has before and after pics that were helpful.

Amazing Water to clean my carpets. I vacuum 5 days a week and have 2 short haired dogs and he got dog hair out my carpet during the prep that I could not believe. Amazing service, very polite and always address any concerns you may have and even address other areas such as hardwoods and upholstery, area rugs. I didn't need those but it was nice to know that they will so that for you if need be. I have to say I really love Zerorez for my carpet cleaning services because the also refill for free their "no stink" pet stain remover...which works amazing! I love Zerorez and will always use them as the company I can count on. Especially in a pinch. I had company coming in three days when I called. They had a cancellation and fit me right in the the before company arrived! ♥️

My technician, Jack, did an excellent job. He was super friendly and rolled with the punches (house full of three kids and their friends). I was super picky about my large sectional and Jack was thorough. It looks nearly new! Thanks so much for the excellent customer service!

The two employees that came to my house where very nice and they were at my house for a few hours. However, my couch barely looks any different than before they cleaned. I don’t think zerorez has a good cleaning solution. I feel like a threw $370 out the window.

I had my carpets cleaned in a house I have for sale. The carpeting is old but high quality. They were able to make them look good and were very professional. I would recommend your service as they did wonders with the carpet in basement as well.

I already contacted a representative and the solution was to clean the carpets again and that is not a positive solution at this point we have moved in and there are large pieces of furniture in the room.

Always keeps in good communication. I especially love the fact that they call when they’re 20 minutes out; that way I can run errands and still be available when they get there. They have removed stains that I thought would never come out!! I’ve used them for several years and would never go anywhere else!
The technician that came out was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I will ask for him again in the future. He should get a raise and no he didn't ask me to say that. My carpet looks great. He was able to get out some aweful stains from my dog.
Very friendly and knowledgeable about the service. He gave suggestions on what we could do to prolong the life of our carpet. He was able to get the stains out. We are very happy with the way they turned out, looks amazing.

Service is great. Beginning with customer service all the way to technician service. Zerorez has done a wonderful job on all three projects that I have hired them to perform (carpets, hardwood floors and wool rug).

The technician was nice and respectful. I just didn't think my carpet got as clean as I was hoping. I only had a few spots and I can still see most of them. Once he added in the extra spray for pet odors, I thought it was pretty expensive for not being thrilled with the results.

He did an amazing job! I was well educated on the process and he did a great job!
I had an appointment on 7/7/20. 2-5pm for a move out clean.I waited for a call or text. The cleaner(s) never showed up. I called at 5:30.
The CSR said he was not sure what happened and apologized.I confirmed my cell number with him, and Set a new appointment for the next day 11-2pm. The tech had the wrong number, and I had to call to find out if they were coming. He arrived at 1:45.I had an enzyme treatment done to one room for a pet stain. $30.. I mentioned to the tech that Zerorez didn't show up yesterday, and he gave me $10 off. I am a retired business owner, and always tried to keep my customers happy. I feel the enzyme treatment should have been taken care of by zerorez for the no show the day before.
I like the professionalism of the technician and the how Zerorez is only water.
