I was offered a limited time deal that had been promoted on the radio, even though I didn't quite meet the requirements. My cleaning appointment was easy to schedule and the tech that came into my home was prompt (called when she was 20 minutes away), courteous and professional. She explained the cleaning process in such a way that I didn't really have questions afterward. One reason I used Zerorez is because they use very hot water during the cleaning process as opposed to harsh chemicals. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future.

Our carpets look brand new and several rooms are 10 years and one room upstairs if over 30 years does not get much traffic since it is a family room and our children are all gone so the grandchildren play up there occasionally. Great work
