Each time we have had work done by Zerorez, we have been very happy with the outcome and the technician who did the work. The team is professional, courteous of our home and takes all precautions to be careful of walls, cabinetry, floors etc. We will continue to use your company again in the future.

My upstairs carpet had 12 years of neglect and several pet accidents.
After service, carpets were much brighter and rooms were much fresher. I was very pleased.
We liked that no chemicals were used, the rugs were cleaned in a timely manner, the technician wore a mask and we wore a mask to keep everyone safe.
The technicians are always very professional and the RESULTS speak for themselves!! I have a very small house and the living room gets a lot of traffic. The carpet is at least 20 years old and when the job is done, the carpet looks almost brand new. I will never hire another company to clean my carpet.

I would just recommend having your technician shut the bedroom door so that he can clean that area of the carpet. He didn't do this in two out of three rooms and it looks bad.

We were very impressed with the fabulous job done on our carpets. This was our first time but not our last using Xeroez. The technician was friendly and professional and went over exactly what our needs were and the total price before he began. We have never had such clean carpets. It's not easy to impress us but Zeroez succeeded.
