Promptness and professionalism. We had a great technician, friendly and knowledgeable. My only suggestion would be not to try to sell or entice us to purchase additional items. Maybe you could leave a pamphlet, page or small brochure with other items you have for sale.
I can't remember his name but the technician was /is very good at his job. He is very dedicated and his customer service skills are on point. The carpet looks great and dried fast.
Very professional! They did a great job getting the stains out of the carpet and they were fast! Will recommend and use service in the future.

Everything came out as expected.
My carpets look amazing, completely worth the time and money. I did also get my shower cleaned and sprayed with an antimicrobial protection spray, probably not worth it.
I love the way my house turned out so the products used to get it that way are great but I think the person who does it makes the difference the most. Sebastian is amazing! So knowledgeable about everything and has such a passion for his work. It's amazing to see someone enjoy what they do such much, be so friendly and informative & have a wealth of knowledge. To maintain a stance like that at any time is admirable but especially during 2020 it deserves to be recognized that you have a valued individual working for your company who truly loves to make people happy and takes a lot of pride in his work. You should consider giving him a raise or a perk or something because customer service like this is hard to come by & he is a gem!

Great employees, system and finished product
From what your website states and what you get are two completely different things. There was zero change to our floors. I mop them afterwards and was shocked dark brown still come up 10 minutes after. For $371 something should be noticable, it was like they were never done, no way were our floors brush. I even asked Tim if it was done and he said yes. Machine is broken or you false advertise. He was very nice, but feel ripped off 1000%.
Blue was on time, took time to discuss the procedure he would use on my furniture and gave me information I requested regarding possible rug cleaning.
