Our carpet is over 25 years old - but it initially was an expensive carpet. Over the years, we have used numerous carpet cleaning companies to clean it. Plus, I've tried cleaning it by myself. NOT me or ONE COMPANY we used has cleaned it as well as ZEROREZ. It is old, but it looks newer than some of the new carpets I've seen in other houses.
The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.
they even got dog urine out and you would never know it had been in there.. We will never use anyone else.

He was professional: Very respectful, listened closely, answered all of our questions, and demonstrated significant knowledge of what he was doing and why, as well as having a significant knowledge of the different types of materials that are used to make carpets and rugs.

Tech (Esequiel P) was on time, explained everything about the process, and showed me the pricing prior to starting work. He completed his job in a professional manner and was not at all intrusive. I appreciate Zerorez' environmentally friendly cleaning process very much. The scheduling process is extremely easy. The technicians have always been very informative in explaining the process and giving feedback aboutt the condition of the carpet and furniture and how to care for it between cleanings.They offer other services and explain the benefit of those services. They do their job efficiently and quickly, and ask questions about anything more they can do. I do love Zerorez!
