The technician was very professional and polite. He listened to what was needed and then did a great job in cleaning the carpets. He was patient and helpful. My carpets look amazing.
Andy was polite and friendly. He was on time and explained the process well so there were no surprises. Billing was easy and we were able to take care of it face to face. We did carpet guard protection but t think I would be wise just to do it each year.
The carpets were very clean and they dried quickly.
Leaves no residue and house smells fresh and clean afterwards plus carpets dry fast.

i did not know that cleaning the tracks was extra when just cleaning the outside of the windows.
Next time I will request taking the screens off when cleaning the outside of the windows. Some debris was left on the screens.
The service person was great. Arrived on time and texted me he was enrt prior to arrival. Once here he addressed the pet stains I had tried to remove and he made them go away. I showed him the issues I was having with a large area of plank wood floor. He made a phone call to his boss and within a half an hour the machine arrived. He did a great job on the wood floors and resolved that problem also. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone.

They did good job getting rid of a really bad wine stain after a fall that broke a wine bottle,
I had Zerorez do my carpets earlier in the summer. I had them come back this month (September) to clean my kitchen floor and hallway. While they were here I asked for an estimate to clean and seal my bathroom tiles, for two bathrooms. They first checked my flooring to ensure they uised the proper process and then gave me an estimate for the tile and advised they could do it the same day! Their prices was very fair. Everything turned out fantastic. The tile turned out better than I thought it would, especially since it was not sealed (and we're talking five years!).
The team was very timely, professional, courteous and personable. I highly recommend Zerorez--you will be happy you those them!

I will call you Monday. Our room smells worse than it did before the carpet getting done. The guy doing the cleaning was super nice and professional. But we are 48 hours past our room being done and it stinks worse now 🥺 please let us know what can be done about this.

They called before they came with an estimated time of arrival - which actually was exactly right on.
The price was reasonable.
They explained the process - I asked if a piece of furniture could be cleaned - other companies and said it wasn't possible. I was told it was possible and the best time way for it to be done - but it is very tricky so I'm sure that's why others said No.
The rugs look great - didn't take long to dry at all.
I would definetly use them again.
