My husband and I along with our three year old Grandson brought our F150 in to Ben Franklin for a recall issue. We were greeted in the service check in parking area by a very friendly employee , when he realized that my husband was on a walker and had difficulty walking, he was so helpful he pulled the truck up as close as possible to the door and Larry Scaff, who registered us had a chair waiting at the door and a kind lady brought her office chair out for him also. We were taken to the waiting area with a nice little area for children to enjoy also.
The issue was taken care of expeditiously and we were on our way shortly!
We were treated with the utmost courtesy by very caring people. You touched our hearts that day and my husband said when we trade vehicles, we will be back!

Robbie Brown in the service department is the best he is the reason I continue bringing my vehicle to Don Franklin Ford. I purchased a 2019 Ford F250 at Don Franklin Ford London in 2019 due to issues with the steering and the death wobble. I traded my truck to a Chevrolet at another dealer. I wish now that I had purchased it at Don Franklin Robbie Brown has continued to serve my vehicle.
