I like that they call me by my first name. They understand that I make my living with my truck and do everything possible to service it in a timely manner. The main issue is have is that they want to charge me over one hundred dollars to do a diagnostic check to find a problem I'm having with the fwd unit on my truck. To fix the problem it's going to cost over two hundred dollars so why charge so much to find the problem? But with the overall good service I get I feel comfortable buying my next f350 at Don Franklin Ford in the future.
