I really LOVED my salesman Scotty Young. He made my experience awesome. He made sure there was no pressure on me and told me that I could back out at anytime. I really liked how respectful he was to me and my family. Even though I didn’t purchase a car from him I would go back to him when the time is right! Very good service same day service
The staff is always friendly and courteous. About the only thing that could be improved is the attention to the little things. For example, last time I visited, the battery in my keychain was notifying me that the battery was low. Rather than just changing the battery and letting me know it had been changed, the key was returned to me and upon entry to the automobile, the first notice that popped up was a "battery low" message. I went back inside, and the attendant replaced it immediately for me while being extremely nice about it. It just would have been better if someone had caught it before I did. That's all I'm saying. Overall, I appreciate everything else about the services I receive. I also love the new waiting area where I can get work done if needed.
