The service department is great. But can’t get help with purchasing a new vechile. Had one on recall told them when it was fixed I want to buy it! Never called sold to someone else. I’ve been back several times no one to really help

I like your people! Your employees are the best! They are honest, polite, friendly, professional, and you can trust them. I have been dealing with Franklin dealerships since I was a kid and Don was in the showroom in Columbia telling me to climb up in that new truck and see how I liked it. Absolutely great people.
