I had a terrible experience with the Corbin locations service center and when this issue came up a week after getting my car back from them I called and emailed asking for an appointment and was never called back. This after them having my car for 3months and very bad communication.
So after that I decided to go with the Somerset location and I am SO glad I did. They answered on the first ring, got me in ASAP, communication was fantastic and had my issue resolved in a little over a week.
I will take all my business to them from here on even though Corbin is 30 mins closer.

Arlie sold me a hyandi accent. I am totally in love with it. It drives good and is comfortable. It has a littleore power than I expected. Arlie is an asset to your company. Give that young man a raise. He went above and beyond to get me in a car I could afford. I would recommend you as the only dealer I would recommend. If I need a new one I will come back to you.
