I've used the service department several times, and they are always friendly. My last oil and filter change took about 35 minutes, which was rather quick with all the other vehicles they were working on.

The guys made a special effort to service my vehicle when they were very busy. I explained that I was leaving soon for a long trip and needed the work done that day. They made it happen. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for service on my Trail Boss.
