Tanner was great and everyone was very friendly and courteous. Everything went smooth and didn't take long at all to get all the documents signed. Still trying to get used to where everything is on this car but absolutely love it. Had to call Tanner 2 Days Later with some questions and he was very gracious and helpful. My wife and I have come to find that Nissan vehicles are dependable and that Don Franklin Nissan is a great place to have them serviced to get the best life out of your Nissan. We have a 2011 Pathfinder, a 2019 Frontier, and a 2021 Titan.
I like Ralph and Trey. Everyone else on the lot was great too! I just don’t know their names. The office was cool and clean. We were offered several cars to test drive. Great service.
Fast in and out, explains what will be done if having more than just an oil change. Appreciate appt being on time after arriving and not waiting an hour just to get to me.
