I would like to say, just listening to the customer gets my 5 stars. I’ve recently had a terrible experience before coming to the Somerset lot. From the fist call and discussion that I had to getting into the truck and taking off was a great experience. It’s nice to see that employees at this lot took their time and listened to the customer needs and got them into what they wanted instead of settling for anything less. Everyone that I have came in contact with at the somerset lot was what me and my family needed for looking for our next vehicle. Drove about an hour and half to get there and will definitely be back. Loved the Genesis QV80! We test drive it twice. Xavian helped us understand the benefits of the vehicle, options, etc. He was fantastic, a great representative of your company. Ultimately, it came down to price, but would see Xavian for a future vehicle.

I will be a life long customer, and I’ll explain why. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and even though it wasn’t on the lot, my fantastic salesman found it and got it in for me. After the purchase it needed to come in for service and I was gotten in quickly and taken care of. Again, I’m extremely happy with the service I have received and the follow up after the sale. By far the best purchasing experience I’ve had ever.
All service staff I encountered were courteous and cared about my needs. Although I was almost an hour early for my appointment, I was in and out in less than an hour.
