The only good thing about anything Don Franklin was my salesman, Ross. I have never had a reliable car from you all or one that I loved. It has honestly been a nightmare except for how helpful Ross was. I’m a single mother and have to have a reliable car with a decent monthly payment and that is the least of Don Franklins worries.

We really found a beautiful vehicle. Rick was determined and had a big mountain to move with our financial limitations but he did it! He is a great salesman! Being someone who went to multiple car lots just to look around and working in sales myself he told us he was going to get us a good car a before we left and he was a man of his word! The only downfall is that I was there for 5 hours but we got what we wanted and what we needed. Thanks Rick and Don Franklin!
