I highly recommend James Anderson the GM Manager at Don Franklin Auto Group in Lexington Kentucky for both their vehicles and overall service. The GM sales manager James Anderson kept me informed, and made sure I was pleased with my vehicle options and purchase. Another great aspect is his customer first approach. He took time to figure out a good budget for me and made sure I was comfortable during the process of everything.This was a nice and smooth process from start to finish.

They have good quality vehicles. Another reason I recommend them is financing support.Their team works with you to find financing support, They work with you to find options that fit your situation, which makes the experience more accessible and less overwhelming.

What do you like about our products and services?

I appreciate that special requests like setting the clock for daylight savings time or setting a “favorite’s” radio station is quickly done in a very pleasant (not condescending) manner. It takes people familiar with this a minute or two whereas it could easily take me an hour or more. It makes my ride so much more comfortable!
