What do you like about our products and services?

We have owned our 2011 since we bought it new in 2012 and have had all our maintenance done at Don Franklin Toyota of Corbin. We love the friendly service and knowledgeable service staff. They have always used Toyota parts when needed and always alert us to any necessary issues that need attention.

Service visit was great. Everyone was friendly as could be. Rusty even showed me a couple SUV's looking for my wife and he was extremely helpful and professional while I waited for my truck to finish up. Facilities are top notch along with the services.

This was the 13th vehicle I have bought from a Don Franklin dealership and the 4th from Nissan in Columbia, Ky. The GM and Sales manger are very professional and honest. I find it easy and stress free to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
