Work done in a timely manner, explains things to help me understand, friendly, efficient.
The service has been sporadic a few times. Several times it has been fast and great but several times it has been terrible. One time it took 3 hours to get an oil change- and I had an appointment. This last visit was great, the advisor worked hard for me.
I like the scheduling. I have always got in on my time without waiting. I always buy my tires from you all. So far I have been satisfied with both service and products.

Basic services are fast and reasonable priced. Friendly people and a decent place to wait for your vehicle. It’s really nice to book an appointment only whenever it’s convenient to you to do so.

Your staff was very friendly and helpful. They truthfully gave me the information I needed to maintain my car. Because of this I feel confident about the condition of my car and about driving it in the upcoming winter weather. The waiting area was comfortable and I appreciate the free bottled water. By the way, there are tables there where you can plug in your tablet or computer. I assume they have WIFI. If you are a coffee drinker, the have a coffee maker and wash up sink. Perhaps, as a suggestion, you could offer tea bags. Basically, they take the pain out of waiting.
Oil change and a tire sensor replacement in less than 30 minutes, not bad.
They get the job done.
The person helping me went out of her way to make sure all my issues were taken care of. I left there knowing I was driving a safe truck.
